TEXT_EXPL_XML <p>Some Sects are found, who so believing be,<lb/>
                                They thinke themselves from legall-workings free;<lb/>
                                And, so they live, as if they stood in feare<lb/>
                                That, with Good-works, their God offended were.<lb/>
                                Another sort we know, who credit not,<lb/>
                                That any hope of Mercie can be got,<lb/>
                                Till they themselves, by their externall-deed,<lb/>
                                Have merited the favours they shall need:<lb/>
                                And, so they prize their workings ; that, for Grace,<lb/>
                                They seeme to disallow all usefull place.<lb/>
                                Both sorts, their errours may be purged from,<lb/>
                                When to the Fiery-tryall they shall come.<lb/>
                                So, likewise, may another Faction too,<lb/>
                                That erre more deadly then these former doe.<lb/>
                                These doe (forsooth) affirme, that God's decree<lb/>
                                Before all Worlds (what Words can fouler be?)<lb/>
                                Debarr'd the greatest part of humane-race,<lb/>
                                Without respecting sinne, from hope of Grace ;<lb/>
                                And, that, howere this number shall indeaver,<lb/>
                                They must continue Reprobates, for ever.<lb/>
                                The first, are errours of Impiety;<lb/>
                                But, this, ascends the top of blasphemy;<lb/>
                                Dispoyles Religion wholly of her fruits;<lb/>
                                And, wrongeth God in all his Attributes.<lb/>
                                These Errours, therefore shunne; and, so believe,<lb/>
                                That wee thy Faith, may by thy Workes perceive.<lb/>
                                So worke, that thy believing may approve<lb/>
                                Thou wrought'st not for thy Wages ; but, for love.<lb/>
                                For (whatsoe're thou be) if thus thou doe,<lb/>
                                Thou mayst have hopes, and, God will grant them too.<lb/>
