                                        T'entrap the flies and gnats which fill the air,<lb/>
                                        So with th' entangling nets by Venus laid<lb/>
                                        T' ensnare the hearts of heedless youth and maid:-<lb/>
                                        For in the Love net, as the Spider's too,<lb/>
                                        THe gnat is taken, but the Bee breaks through.<lb/>

                                        Nor let their flimsy meshes captive take<lb/>
